First and foremost I am me, what ever that happens to
entail this week.
I am a programmer. I spend almost all of my free time learning. I learn everything from biology to obscure programming languages. All this effort in the hope that I might become a better programmer. I love what I do and I always will. I have found my passion and I continually enjoy it.
I am a
hacker. Being a hacker does not mean that I am
a malicious individual who spends all of his time plotting
and executing plans to steal large sums of money from banks, Or that
any piece of technology that I touch is automatically infected with
some virus of my making, or even that I spend time
writing malicious code. Hacking just means doing something
(anything) extremely effectively.
In respect to programming in every class that I have taken I have
been respected as one of the most knowledgeable students. I have worked at
adobe systems for around 10 months (over the course of two internships) . I
have worked at the Chelan county PUD for 9 months. Ever since I could type I have
been working on computers, for as long as I can remember I have been actively a
nerd. My life has been a constant search for more things to learn. I am active
on forums helping people learn how to program and I am always helping other
students learn the material in class. Code is my life.
